Canada’s special interlocutor for missing children and unmarked graves with residential schools is expected to release a final report today.
Kimberly Murry has been serving the role for two years now. More than 150-thousand Indigenous children were forced to attend residential schools the last one closed in 1996. An estimated six-thousand children passed away in the schools, but experts say that number could be way higher.
