An amber alert issued last week remains in place as police continue to search for a mother who allegedly abducted her two children.
45 year-old Verity Bolton is believed to have kidnapped her 8 year-old daughter Aurora, and 10 year-old son Joshuah.
Both left for a planned vacation with their mother on June 28th, but were not returned to their father on July 17th, as initially planned.
Verity and her blue 2012 Dodge Ram 2500, with license plate SJ2708 have since been spotted pulling trailers across BC.
While the children were last seen entering a Merritt gas station on July 7th, the mother was spotted grocery shopping alone in Kamloops on the 15th.
Police now believe them to be traveling with Verity’s boyfriend Abraxas Glazov, and her father Robert Bolton, picked up on June 30th in Chilliwack.
