Trigon Pacific Terminals has released their first Report to the Community, highlighting investments made on the Northcoast.
In 2022, Trigon donated more than $175,000 to organizations and community groups in Prince Rupert and the surrounding area.
One of their largest investments, totalling $30,000, went to Ecotrust to support the operation of the Sndoyntga Lax Kx’een ada Maxlaxaala Urban Farm.
Other supported initiatives included the Raven Collective’s production of Bunk #7, the All Native Basketball Torunament, the Prince Rupert Rampage, and many more.
Donations totalling $15,000 also went to various organizations to match those made by employees.
